Who is the Digital Impact Package Ideal for?
Small businesses looking for enhanced visibility, engagement, social media marketing, and understanding website traffic sources and visitor behavior (are they converting? are your marketing campaigns working? is your SEO working?)—answers to help you compete more effectively.
How is content tailored to the government sector?
We align all messaging with state and local government priorities, highlighting your capabilities through optimized keyword content, appealing design and branding, and telling your business story which will resonate with procurement professionals.
BILLING, PAYMENTS & TERMS
What are the payment terms?
- Digital Foundations Package: $3,000
- Digital Impact Package: $6,000
- Payments are non-cancelable, non-deferrable, and non-contingent on results
Is there a refund policy?
No. All payments are non-refundable according to the terms of the agreement.
DIGITAL IMPACT PERFORMANCE & REPORTING
What kind of results can I expect?
We focus on improving visibility, digital presence, and engagement. While we have a proven track record with clients, we do not guarantee specific traffic or lead numbers (due to external variables).
We use Google Analytics 4 and social media platform data to give you insights and to base our recommendations.
RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Who owns the deliverables?
You do! Once your annual contract is fully paid, all final materials and deliverables belong to you. We retain only proprietary tools and licensed assets.
What is required of me as a client?
To help us work effectively, please:
- Provide timely access and login credentials to necessary systems
- Share prompt feedback (within 2–3 business days)
- Approve drafts needing sign-off within 48 hours
Is my data and information confidential?
Yes. Both parties agree to safeguard each other’s confidential information for two years after the contract ends.
LEGAL & SUPPORT MATTERS
What if there’s a disagreement?
We first pursue negotiation, then mediation, and if needed, binding arbitration in the Commonwealth of Virginia under American Arbitration Association rules.
What laws govern this agreement?
The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Does this create an employment relationship?
No, both you and Kaptivate remain independent contractors throughout the engagement.
What happens if there’s a disruption (like a pandemic)?
Neither party is liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, or pandemics. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to resume services.
