How many States do I receive access to?

You receive access to up to three (3) States.

How long does the access last?

The SBA has extended the funding of licenses through August 2024.

If you graduate from the 8(a) program before the end of August 2024, your access will end upon your 8(a) graduation date.

What if I'm alread paying for a State and Local bid opportunities on a paid subscription?

Do I still qualify? - Yes, you can add three (3) extra States to your current Bidspeed subscription at no cost.
Can I cancel my paid subscription and receive the three (3) States at no cost? - Yes, however, no refunds of any pro-rated subscription fees will be provided if you cancel your paid subscription.

What happens after my complimentary access ends?

You will lose access to the State and Local bid opportunities.

The States I've chosen are not working for me. What can I do?

You have the ability to change one (1) of your State selections per subscription every 28 days.

Why can't I join right away?

There is a limit to the number of available licenses through the SBA E2G Management and Technical Assistance Program. If the limit is reached, no license can be issued until existing, active licenses come available or the SBA provides further funding for additional licenses.

I'm in the 8(a) program, why am I going to lose my complimentary access?

The SBA funded these licenses for a limited time but may extend the funding. The SBA has extended their funding through August 2024.

Can I still receive State and Local bid opportunities for my States if the SBA access ends?

I'm still in the 8(a) program, why did I lose my subscription?

The SBA funded this program for a limited time. They may, however, extend the funding at their discretion.

I wasn't able to maintain sufficient activity and my complimentary license lapsed. Will I be able to regain my access?

Yes, if you still meet the 8(a) qualifications and a license become available.

Why does the complimentary access lapse due to inactivity?

There are a limited number of licenses available and re-allocate any unused license to ensure maximum participation.
