TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION INTRODUCTION - The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of US Army Audit Agency (USAAA) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Information Technology (IT) services are to support the managing and sustaining internal IT infrastructure and interconnected IT services provided through Army network enterprise centers (NECs) and joint service providers (JSPs). The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. PROGRAM BACKGROUND - The IT services needed to manage and sustain the internal IT infrastructure and interconnected IT services herein after referred to as the USAA IT Services , is designated as an essential program for USAAA. In accordance with these assignments, the contractor shall provide the following REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: The contractor shall support, maintain, and sustain USAAA IT operations for internal IT, interconnected networks and technical solutions. These requirements are inclusive of all servers, clients, peripheral devices, border guards, switches, routers, telecommunications, video and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), system upgrades and cybersecurity. The objective is to maintain high-quality IT services, to include the confidentiality, integrity, and availability to assist and support USAAA�s mission. The contractor shall provide a wide range of services, including a staff of highly qualified personnel to deliver: network engineering, database administration, systems administration, system integration, software deployment, technical/customer support, configuration management, information security, systems tuning, client support, project management.
