Background/Overview: The ASD (SUSTAINMENT), Resource Management Office (RMO) seeks support in its financial and budget activities, contract support efforts, data information, WebSite input and management, and resource management support functions. RMO is the ASD (SUSTAINMENT) focal point for the Sustainment and its components� web sites, budget data information, and resource management support. The RMO aims to ensure optimal daily performance of its office operations. The contractor is expected to support the RMO Director in this effort by taking a proactive approach in improving the operations and efficiencies of RMO�s IT, Web and graphics development, writing and editing, and resource management activities. This requirement is currently in the 8(a) Business Development program. A contract is anticipated to be awarded by July 2019 with a base period and four (4) one (1) year option periods to be a five (5) year contract in total. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with other pricing elements if applicable. Requirement: The RMO office is in need for services necessary to support the RMO in its day today operations. The anticipated labor categories are: Financial & Budget Analyst, Web Developer and Database Manager. The work to be performed are in the areas of IT and Web site management support; Web and graphics development; visual communications support; PPBES analysis; financial cost and execution analysis; and resource management and information management support.
