The National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) is conducting a market survey to determine the availability and technical capability of qualified, small business contractor who is an expert in the type of work required and has had high impact on NMR-related research from years of extensive, practical, hands-on experience. contractor shall develop appropriate theoretical approaches that will be used to rigorously analyze multidimensional NMR measurements carried out by NIDDK NMR investigators. The theoretical models will themselves be tested by numerical calculations using computer code that shall be written and distributed to interested members of the NIDDK NMR community. In addition, contractor shall consult and advise members of the NMR community regarding theoretical and computational aspects of their work as the need arises.
