Projects will be at the Portland Air National Guard Base. The Contractor shall perform project management and inspection tasks for MILCON and SRM projects for the 142nd Civil Engineer Squadron. The services include monitoring and/or inspecting complex projects and substantial new construction, renovations and improvement to real property facilities, maintaining surveillance over projects to ensure compliance with contract document and complete technical reviews of designs to confirm compliance with applicable technical directives and general construct-ability.
