Thu, May 11, 2017 - 11:00 AM PACIFIC TIME - May 11 - Government Sources Sought Webinar - Dept. HHS Patient Application Software Bidspeed is providing a short, hands-on, interactive workshop that will break down a specific opportunity and help you form a response to a Sources Sought notification. If your company has Primary NAICS: 541519 - Other Computer Related Services then you should attend. Background: The National Institutes of Health Clinical Center (NIH CC) in Bethesda MD is the United States Federal Governments biomedical research hospital, supporting clinical investigation conducted by the intramural programs of the NIH. It provides patient care services for pediatric and adult patients, as well as healthy volunteers who are participating in clinical research and it supports inpatient, ambulatory, surgical, and day hospital facilities, including an inpatient and outpatient pharmacy. The programs of research it supports cover medical conditions, some quite complex, encountered in a wide variety of disciplines, including medical sub-specialties, surgery, child health and development, pediatrics, neurology, mental and behavioral health and genetics, among others. Purpose: The purpose of this request is to obtain software that supports safe transitions of patient care (hand-off) among teams of providers. The software must be flexible and adaptable to the information needs of the clinicians, as well as scalable and easily integrated into and compatible with the software for the Clinical Centers EHR, CRIS. It is particularly important that the product use and leverage the pre-existing data access software, which was recently purchased and deployed in CRIS (ICDx, Working Diagnosis, LLC; http://workingdiagnosis.com). In particular, this software has a platform that allows clinical informatics experts regardless of their computer programming skills to easily and reliably customize the user interface, including the use of data tokens and accessing core SCM functionality with the Allscripts programming language, ObjectsPlus,.
