The Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Chief Information Officer (CIO), National Background Investigations Bureau IT Program Management Office, (NBIB IT PMO) and the Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) are seeking responses from contractors that have the capability to provide database administration skill set and experience requisite to proposing and implementing advanced security features (Adabas, Oracle and MS SQL Server databases) to harden OPM�s databases to maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability. Features such as data encryption, data masking and access control may be necessary along with architectural changes, both physical and logical, to further the security posture. In addition, the database administrators may be used to maintain on-going database maintenance, design, and enhancement support to NBIB IT PMO. The skill sets required to perform this work are detailed below by support service area. They fall into three service areas: Software AG Adabas administrators, Oracle administrators and MS SQL Server administrators.
