Specifically, AJW would like to utilize professional coaching to help its front-line supervisors (1) shift mindsets from personal safety to airspace safety, (2) improve the ability to embrace change, and (3) become more effective leaders for their teams. Contract resources are required to provide support for professional, mobile coaching for AJW employees. The scope of this effort includes a 6-month coaching pilot for 160 managers across the AJW. Managers will have on-demand access to a coach of their choice, and coaching sessions will be conducted via a user-friendly platform accessible via smartphone, computer, or telephone. We anticipate that the workshop will last approximately 20 minutes.
