Background: The Talent Management Innovation Cell, Headquarters United States Air Force, is seeking information on how an interested contractor could fulfill a need for a web-based/mobile coaching application capable of assisting Air Force military and civilian leaders set and achieve goals, identify and develop weak areas, and help maximize their personal and professional potential. Desired product will utilize licensed Executive Coaches and/or comparable credentialed experts for a regulated development program over a set time-frame over a mobile platform. The Contractor must support the review, maintenance, logistics, instruction, and development and proper use of the web-based/mobile coaching application. The app will be released to a small audience for a period of up to six months. The number of users will be scaled up based upon feedback from the initial group. Additionally, the Contractor may also be called upon to develop new training opportunities, related to the scope of the project, as requirements evolve at a price comparable to similar services on the market. Successful implementation of this task order will enhance the development and performance of Air Force leaders.
