The OSAC council is comprised of 30 private sector and four public sector organizations representing specific industries and agencies that operate abroad. The current website enables more than 43,000 users affiliated with OSAC to receive the tools needed to manage security-related issues abroad. OSAC helps private sector interests remain competitive and secure in the global environment by disseminating vital security-related information to its constituents. OSAC uses its website as the primary information sharing tool with its constituents. In order to continue to serve its constituency, OSAC seeks a third-party solution to: 1) Provide operations and maintenance to ensure continued website and mobile application support; 2) Incorporate enhancements to the website and mobile application to keep pace with technological developments. Services required fall within these Task Areas: � IT Operations and Maintenance: the contractor shall operate and maintain the OSAC.gov website and provide general IT support and training; � Integration Services: the contractor shall provide a collaboration tool solution that integrates with the OSAC.gov website and support discussion groups; � Digital Government: the contractor shall provide an identity provider solution and IT strategic planning support for the OSAC.gov website; � Software Development: the contractor shall develop enhancements for the OSAC.gov website and mobile application.
