To support its mission, the Office of Technology and Information Services (OTIS), in the Employee Benefit Security Administration (EBSA) requires information technology (IT) support services in the areas of application development & operations, enforcement, technical monitoring, information security, and project and change management. OTIS provides leadership and direction in the use of information technology to support EBSA's management and operations, including the enforcement and public disclosure requirements of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). The EBSA consists of approximately 700 personnel across 10 Regional Offices, 3 District Offices, and 1 National Office. EBSA intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. This contract will be awarded to a single prime Contractor for execution of all tasks resulting from this solicitation.
