Sources Sought: This Sources Sought Notice/RFI is to determine the availability and capability of qualified businesses and business classification (including Small Business Administration Certified 8(a) companies; firms in Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone); Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small businesses; and Women-Owned small businesses). Scope: The contractor shall be responsible for the development, administration, and maintenance of web-based survey instruments (to be hosted on a non-USPTO website) and all aspects of survey enumeration. Survey enumeration includes the notification of the survey to potential respondents, non-response reminders, and appropriate close-out operations. The contractor will also assist in the development of the overall survey design, specifically in the areas of providing advice on survey content and sampling techniques.
