Train-the-trainer means that upon successful completion of the program, personnel will be certified to provide mental health and wellness training for their respective organizations. The contractor�s instructors must be able to travel to Little Rock AFB to provide the training for the following General Requirements: -- Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall furnish the necessary services, personnel, materials, and equipment not otherwise provided by the Government, as needed to perform this contract. -- The contractor shall provide their own transportation to and from Little Rock AFB. -- The contractor�s instructor(s) must have the certifications from the program they are using to be able to certify the personnel they are training by the end of the program. -- The training program shall not exceed five (5) days. -- The contractor shall provide 400 student curriculum workbooks to the newly certified instructors.
