Wed, Nov 4, 2020 - 1:00 PM PACIFIC TIME - Nov 4 - Cybersecurity CMMC Update All DoD contractors will have to be compliant to one of five levels in the CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) model; this will be a Federal Contract Requirement. This includes all companies in the defense supply chain, to include primes and subcontractors. At Level-1, the basic level, there are seventeen controls that will have to meet, with the focus on protecting Federal Contract Information (FCI). This regulation will apply equally to all companies to include construction, maintenance, engineering, and services. The level of compliance is determined by the type of information a company will possess or will produce as a result of a contract; it is not determined by the size of a company. This webinar will focus on the CMMC model and how to cover the Level controls. It is important to understand that meeting these compliance requirements is basic IT best practices. It does not matter if you move earth for construction, deliver supplies, provide gardening and maintenance services, or machine parts for aircraft your company will have to comply to one of the five levels of the CMMC. Learn what this requirement means to you. For more details, please log in to your Bidspeed account and follow this link: http://agent.fedbidspeed.com/?cfba9eee-e209-4da4-a22e-99e81e1a9ece.
