Background: The U.S. Census Bureau-National Processing Center (NPC) is seeking information about the availability of sources of vendors with regard to the re-procurement of database search services (similar or equal to the Lexis-Nexis FastData currently in the by the U.S. Census Bureau-NPC), with a period of performance of one (1) base year and four (4) one-year option periods. It is anticipated that the scope of services will require the Contractor to provide secure access to a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), comprehensive Data Broker's database solution of monthly updated personally identifiable information that will be used for locating and/or contacting respondents in association with official U.S. Census Bureau surveys and censuses. This requirement is anticipated to be inclusive of training and support.
